Founded in 2013, the annual Bravehearts 777 Marathon comprises of 7 marathon events in 7 Australian cities in 7 consecutive days.
It is the only marathon event of its kind in Australia and supports the vital work of Australian child protection charity, Bravehearts.

The different ways to run Bravehearts 777 Marathon

Run the full 777 National Tour

Runners join the 777 National Team and complete whole 777 National Tour - 7 marathons in 7 consecutive days in 7 different cities.

Run a single leg of 777

Runners join the 777 in their closest city and run that single leg of the tour. Runners have their choice of distance - 7km, 14km, 21.1km or 42.2km. 

Run 777 virtually

Runners join virtually by taking on the 777 Virtual Challenge. Registration for the 777 Virtual Challenge is free of charge.

Bravehearts 777 Marathon supports the work of Australian child protection charity, Bravehearts.

Founded in 1997, Bravehearts is dedicated to the prevention and treatment of child sexual abuse. Funds raised as part of the 777 Marathon help support Bravehearts' vital counselling and support services and education programs.

Bravehearts 777 National Runners each raise $11,000 for Bravehearts in order to participate, which help to fund vital child sexual abuse counselling and support services, education programs and research. 

Since the inception of Bravehearts 777 Marathon, runners and their supporters have raised over $2 million for the prevention and treatment of child sexual abuse.
