Started regular training runs

Tuesday 30th Jan
Was running 3 or maybe 4 times a wee, but have started daily morning runs of 10k. Steady pace of 6min/km. Hoping to do 5 of these plus the 5km Saturday parkrun. So far so good on my first week. Legs still feel ok after 5 straight days.
