FAQs
Can I get a refund on my registration?
- Registrations are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Refund requests received on or before 31 May 2026 may be approved at Bravehearts’ discretion and will receive a 50% refund.
- From 1 June 2026, no refunds will be issued.
- You may transfer your entry to another person until 30 June 2026, pending approval. – please email 777marathon@bravehearts.org.au
- You may downgrade your distance; however, the difference in cost is not refundable.. – please email 777marathon@bravehearts.org.au
Where do I collect my race bib and timing chip?
You can choose to have your bib posted until 31 May 2026.
Otherwise, bib collection will be available:
- At a pop-up location the day before the race (details TBC)
- From 6:00am on race morning at the event precinct
What if my bib didn’t arrive by post?
If your bib hasn’t arrived by the week before the event, please email 777marathon@bravehearts.org.au and we will have a replacement ready for collection on race morning.
Do I need to bring on-course hydration or nutrition?
We provide water at a minimum of two points along the 7km loop.
If you have specific hydration or nutrition needs, we recommend bringing what works best for you.
Do all distances start together?
A staggered start will be in place, just minutes apart, to ensure smooth flow.
Your distance-specific start time will be confirmed closer to the event.
Will there be toilets onsite?
Yes. There will be Portaloo’s at the event precinct and a public toilet close to the course.
Is there a bag drop area?
Bag Drop will be positioned within the event precinct. Event staff and signage will guide you upon arrival.
What can I leave at Bag Drop?
You may leave small personal items, such as:
- A change of clothes
- Keys
- Phone
- Lightweight belongings
Please do not leave valuables such as laptops, wallets, jewellery, or large bags.
How do I see my race time?
You can scan the QR code on your bib alternatively race times will be published online within one hour of the event on your event results page. 777marathon.com.au
Will medical support be onsite?
Yes. Qualified medics will be onsite for the duration of the event.
