Why Bravehearts? Why 100miles? 

An easy yet hard answer for both. 
As someone who has been through the pain of sexual assault/abuse as a minor and to see my friends go through similar or worse, I want to help make a difference in decreasing child sex abuse numbers and you can to! By helping me raise money for Bravehearts. 

Why 100miles? Because 160km is no joke, it’s a really, really, really long way to run but the pain and suffering I will endure to finish this is far less than the pain and suffering children endure falling victim to such horrendous crimes. 

I want to help where I can, I want to make a difference with what I have, which is 2 working legs, a big heart and mind ready to work for it! 

Please help me make the difference you want to see in the world.
