Thank you everyone for your very generous donations! 

Things are looking very good for a last kilometre disaster tomorrow: I haven't met my weekly mileage targets and I have been averaging about 5 hours sleep per night. Like a boomer's steak I'm under cooked and under rested.

I am now making my final preparations, eating a big bowl of pasta and loading gels into my running belt like John Rambo probably did before heading out to draw second blood.

Monday 30th Jun
Canberra Marathon 2025, my first ever marathon attempt. The photo below is just crossing Kings Ave bridge, just short of 38lm. Not long after this I weaved off the road and fell over on the median strip. DNF.
